This Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) governs your use of all services provided by Vukart Ltd (“VuKart”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Agreement applies to:

• VuKart Customer App
• VuKart Driver App
• VuKart Partner (Merchant) App
• Website and all related services

VuKart is a multi-service platform providing:

• Ride-hailing
• Food and grocery delivery
• Parcel delivery
• E-commerce services

By using our services, you agree to this Agreement.

 

 

2. Platform Disclaimer (VERY IMPORTANT)

VuKart is a technology platform only.

We:

• DO NOT provide transportation, delivery, or product services
• DO NOT employ drivers or delivery personnel
• DO NOT manufacture, store, or sell products

All services are provided by independent third-party drivers and merchants.

 

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security

You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

 

4. Services

VuKart enables:

• Booking rides
• Ordering food and goods
• Sending parcels
• Purchasing products

Service availability may vary.

 

5. Pricing, Fees & Payments

• Prices are dynamic and may change based on demand
• Additional fees may include service fees, delivery fees, waiting charges, surge pricing
• Payments are processed via third-party providers

We do not store full card details.

 

 

5.1 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks
• If a chargeback occurs, VuKart reserves the right to:
  • Suspend or terminate the account
  • Recover the disputed amount
  • Take legal action

You remain liable for all charges incurred.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation fees may apply
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion
• No refunds for:
  • Completed services
  • Perishable goods (food)
  • User errors

 

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use services unlawfully
• Harass or harm others
• Provide false information
• Abuse the system or commit fraud
• Interfere with operations

Violation may result in immediate suspension without notice.

 

 

8. Drivers & Partners (CRITICAL PROTECTION)

Drivers and partners:

• Are independent contractors
• Are NOT employees, agents, or representatives of VuKart
• Are solely responsible for:
  • Services provided
  • Product quality
  • Safety and compliance

 

8.1 Driver Liability

Drivers are responsible for:

• Driving behavior
• Vehicle condition
• Passenger safety

VuKart is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages.

 

8.2 Merchant / Food Liability

Merchants are responsible for:

• Food safety and hygiene
• Product quality and accuracy
• Compliance with laws

VuKart is not responsible for:

• Food contamination
• Allergic reactions
• Incorrect or unsafe products

 

9. Commissions, Earnings & Payouts

• VuKart may charge commissions and service fees
• Fees may change at any time

Drivers & Partners:

• Earnings are calculated per completed service
• Payouts may be delayed for:
  • Fraud review
  • Disputes
  • System checks

VuKart reserves the right to:

• Adjust earnings
• Withhold payments
• Recover incorrect payouts

Driver/Partner Data
