This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs all deliveries arranged through Vukart Ltd (“VuKart”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including:
- VuKart Customer App
- VuKart Driver App
- VuKart Partner (Merchant) App
- Website and related services
By using our services, you agree to this Policy.
2. Platform Role
VuKart is a technology platform only that connects:
- Customers
- Independent drivers
- Merchants / partners
VuKart does not directly:
- Ship or deliver goods
- Prepare or manufacture products
All deliveries are performed by independent drivers or merchants.
3. Delivery Responsibilities
3.1 Drivers
Drivers are responsible for:
- Safe and timely delivery
- Correct handling of goods
- Reporting issues to VuKart or the merchant
3.2 Merchants
Merchants are responsible for:
- Product quality
- Accurate order fulfillment
- Packaging suitable for delivery
VuKart is not liable for issues caused by drivers or merchants.
4. Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues
- VuKart is not responsible for late deliveries
5. Shipping Fees
- Fees are displayed at checkout
- Additional charges may apply for special handling, distance, or rush deliveries
- All fees are subject to change without notice
6. Delivery Issues
Customers must report delivery issues within 3 hours of service:
- Missing items
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
VuKart will review claims case by case.
Refunds or replacements are at VuKart’s sole discretion.
7. Risk of Loss
- Risk passes to the customer once the item is delivered
- For undelivered goods:
- Drivers or merchants may be responsible for refunds/replacement
- VuKart acts as a facilitator only
8. Cancellations & Returns
- Shipping cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy
- Returns must comply with merchant policies
- VuKart does not manage return logistics unless explicitly stated
9. Lost or Damaged Goods
- Customers must report lost or damaged goods immediately
- VuKart may assist in resolution but is not responsible for third-party errors
- Merchants/drivers are primarily responsible for replacements or refunds
10. International Shipping
- International shipments may be subject to customs, duties, and local laws
- VuKart is not responsible for customs delays or charges
11. Prohibited Items
- Illegal, hazardous, or restricted items are strictly prohibited
- VuKart reserves the right to refuse, remove, or cancel shipments
12. Tracking
- Tracking is provided via the app or platform
- Updates depend on driver/merchant input and may not be real-time
13. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
VuKart Ltd is NOT liable for:
- Delays, losses, or damage caused by drivers or merchants
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Loss of profit, data, or opportunity
14. Force Majeure
VuKart is not liable for shipping interruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Weather events
- Government restrictions
- System failures beyond our control
