This Payment Policy (“Policy”) applies to all payments made through Vukart Ltd (“VuKart”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including:
- VuKart Customer App
- VuKart Driver App
- VuKart Partner (Merchant) App
- Website and related services
By using our services, you agree to this Policy.
2. Platform Role
VuKart is a technology platform only:
- We do not provide services directly
- We do not hold goods
- All payments flow through independent drivers, merchants, and third-party payment providers
VuKart is a facilitator for payments, not a party responsible for service delivery.
3. Payment Methods
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Mobile Money, Wallet, or other supported methods
- Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or local payment gateways)
- VuKart does not store full card details
4. Payment Timing
- Customer payments are collected at the time of service
- Driver/Partner payouts are processed per platform rules and schedules
- Payments may be delayed for:
- Fraud checks
- Dispute resolution
- System verification
5. Pricing, Fees & Commissions
- All prices, fees, and commissions are displayed on the platform
- VuKart may charge:
- Service fees
- Commission on earnings
- Dynamic pricing / surge fees
- Fees may change without notice
6. Refunds & Reversals
- Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy
- VuKart reserves the right to:
- Reject fraudulent refund requests
- Offset payouts to drivers/partners against refunds
7. Chargebacks & Disputes (CRITICAL)
- Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks
- If a chargeback occurs:
- The customer may be suspended or permanently banned
- VuKart may recover funds, charge administrative fees, and pursue legal action
8. Fraud Prevention
VuKart actively monitors for:
- Stolen cards
- Multiple fraudulent accounts
- Fake payments or false claims
Violations may result in:
- Account suspension
- Legal action
- Permanent bans
9. Driver & Partner Payments
- Payouts are made according to completed services
- VuKart may withhold payments:
- During disputes
- Pending verification
- If account violations occur
- Drivers/partners are responsible for taxes and reporting requirements
10. Wallet & Credits
- Wallet balances and promotional credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Expired credits cannot be reinstated
11. Payment Errors
- Users must report errors within 48 hours
- VuKart will investigate and may adjust accounts if errors are confirmed
- VuKart is not liable for third-party payment provider delays or errors
12. International Payments
- Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges
- VuKart is not liable for delays due to cross-border transactions
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- VuKart is NOT responsible for payment errors caused by third parties
- VuKart is NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
14. Force Majeure
VuKart is not liable for payment interruptions due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Network or system outages

This Policy may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
