- VuKart Customer App
- VuKart Driver App
- VuKart Partner (Merchant) App
- Website and related services
By using our services, you agree to this Policy.
2. Platform Role (IMPORTANT)
VuKart is a technology platform only that connects customers with independent drivers and merchants.
VuKart:
- Does NOT provide transportation or delivery services
- Does NOT prepare or sell products
All services are fulfilled by independent third parties.
3. General Cancellation Rules
- Cancellations may be subject to fees
- Fees depend on timing, service type, and progress of the order
- Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions
VuKart reserves the right to apply cancellation charges at its sole discretion.
4. Customer Cancellations
4.1 Before Driver Assignment
- Free cancellation allowed
4.2 After Driver Assignment
- Cancellation fee may apply
4.3 After Driver Arrival
- Full or partial charge may apply
- No refund for driver time and effort
4.4 Food / Grocery Orders
- Cancellation NOT allowed once:
- Restaurant has accepted the order
- Preparation has started
Full charge will apply in such cases.
4.5 Parcel Deliveries
- Cancellation fees apply once:
- Driver is assigned
- Parcel pickup is initiated
5. Driver Cancellations
Drivers may cancel only under valid circumstances:
- Customer unavailable
- Safety concerns
- Incorrect information provided
Repeated driver cancellations may result in penalties or suspension.
6. Merchant (Partner) Cancellations
Merchants may cancel orders if:
- Items are unavailable
- Operational issues occur
In such cases:
- Customers may receive refunds or alternative options
VuKart is not liable for merchant-side cancellations.
7. No-Show Policy
If a customer:
- Does not respond
- Is unavailable at pickup/delivery location
The service may be marked as completed or cancelled, and:
- Full or partial charges may apply
8. Abuse & Misuse
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Repeated cancellations
- Fake bookings
- Intentional misuse of the platform
VuKart reserves the right to:
- Restrict or suspend accounts
- Apply penalties
- Deny future services
9. Fees & Charges
Cancellation fees may include:
- Driver compensation
- Service fees
- Processing costs
Fees may vary dynamically based on:
10. Refunds After Cancellation
Refunds (if applicable):

Most cancellations are non-refundable once service has started.
